INITIAL PURCHASE
✤1. Customer purchases TDB1000 Hardware from distributor.
✤2. Customer purchases ASSET100 Software package from distributor.
✤3. Customer will received ALL SOFTWARE unlocked for 12 months.

2ND, 3RD, 4TH AND 5TH YEARS SUBSCRIPTION
1. Customer orders ASSET100 at the end of each subscription year.
2. If customer fails to renew subscription, TDB1000 will timeout and be disabled.
3. There will be a 3 month window for customer to renew, just in case they decide later to
renew.

FINAL YEAR OF SUBSCRIPTION
1. After 5 years the TDB1000 is unlocked for continuous use without subscription.
2. Customer can decide at this point to switch to PACKAGE PURCHASE and just buy
each package as we have now or they can continue subscription.
3. If they do not subscribe and then want to resubscribe instead of buying packages then
we can have some kind of joining fee depending on length of time they missed
perhaps.
